ATTN: EXHIBITORS

This year we're holding Discover Medfield Day in a new location, the ball field between Memorial and Dale Street Schools.

All Exhibitor Booths, Food Court, Entertainment Stage, and Kids Alley rides will be located there.

Parking will be available in both Memorial School parking lots, the parking lots around Dale Street School and Pfaff Center, and on the school side of Dale Street.

Please review the Exhibitor Documents and Registration Periods before applying.

Registration Periods

  • May 1-June 15: 2024 Exhibitors have priority to reserve available booths​

  • June 16-June 30: MEMO members who were not 2024 Exhibitors

  • July 1-Sept 12: Registration open to all on a first-come, first served basis
